At Truddy, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what control you have over it.
We collect information you provide directly: your email, display name, trading style, trade journal entries, mood check-ins, session audio recordings, and any other content you submit. We also collect basic usage data to improve the app.
Your data is used exclusively to power your personal Truddy experience — generating insights, tracking streaks, and enabling AI coaching. We do not use your trading data for any commercial purpose.
Audio recorded during Live Sessions is processed by our AI transcription service solely to generate your session summary and insights. Audio is stored privately and is never shared or used to train models without your consent.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers (e.g., cloud storage, AI processing) strictly to operate the app.
Your data is retained while your account is active. Deleting your account permanently removes your Truddy account and associated app records.
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls.
